TRANSFER POLICY
All requests for registration transfers must be provided in writing.
Registration rate difference will apply depending on the membership status of the new registration. All transfer requests received AFTER 26 May 2025 will be charged an additional US $100.
PRESENTER SUBSTITUTION POLICY
If an author of a paper is NOT available to present the paper at the conference, the TPC Chair can grant permission in some extreme cases to have the paper presented by a qualified substitute presenter. If you need to make such a request, please fill out a Substitute Presenter Form no later than 26 May 2025. A copy of the form will go directly to the TPC Chair for approval.
